Catalytic heaters permit two methods of treatment:
· by direct irradiation of infrared rays at big temperature for gelling, melting, thermofixing, thermoretraction etc.
· by air circulation driers at low and medium temperature for drying, resin evaporation etc.

Automatic temperature control by electronic thermoregulator.

The advantages of this technology:
· no open flame;
· lower cost and maximum efficiency energy source;
· materials are heated directly without a mean of conduction such as steam or hot air;
· rapid heating, since infrared rays penetrate into the piece.
