Quadra is a strong, easily serviced machine providing very high productivity. It avails of catalytic technology, using infrared gas panels.

The flameless gas catalytic panels allow the toggled skin to be dried and conditioned simultaneously. The skin retains the surface finish acquired during the toggling process, does not shrink and keeps a soft handle.

The frame size and the number of drying stages, which you can regulate indipendently, can be chosen according to the type of skins to be toggled (kid, goat, sheep, pig, calf or half cattle skins) and the moisture content.

Upon request, the machine may be supplied with steam drying systems.

The most important advantage of Quadra is the 360° stretching. That allows the optimization of the result of toggling operation, increasing surface of skins and maintaining the productivity of the machine.
